MAP AREA SEARCH Displays listings within the viewable area of the map, based on your selected search criteria. Zoom in or out and pan the map to change the geographic area of your search.
CUSTOM MAP SEARCH Displays listings within one or more custom drawn areas on the map, based on your selected search criteria.
Step 1: Zoom to street level and pan the map to the location where you would like to create a Custom Search Area.
Step 2: Select the Draw icon, then click on the map to add the points of your Custom Search Area.
Step 3: Click the first plotted point to close your custom area and execute the search. To modify the shape of your custom area, click the endpoints or center points within a line and drag them to a new desired location.
To add another Custom Search Area repeat steps 1 through 3.
Use the available tools as may be required. The Clear icon removes all Custom Search Areas, the Draw icon activates the drawing tool, and Hand icon allows you to pan the map.
DRIVE TIME MAP SEARCH Displays listings within the designated drive time area of the map, based on the search criteria.
GENERAL TIPS Switch to other views (i.e. List View or Gallery View) to display search results in an alternate format.
