On-Site Sales Associate

The On-Site Sales Associate will be responsible for the marketing and sales of their specified TOWN New Development project, driving outreach, managing traffic, and completing lead follow up to facilitate the sales of all available units. This position will report to the Sales Director under the general management of the Director of Sales Operations and the Managing Director of TOWN New Development Marketing and Sales.

Responsibilities: All at the discretion of the CEO of the Company, the Employee's duties and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • - Make all best efforts to sell all available units at their specified TOWN New Development project (" the Property") in the shortest time possible
  • - Conduct and manage outreach campaign to the brokerage community and public to promote the Property and generate traffic
  • - Identify, engage, and screen prospective clients, assessing needs and providing suitable sales opportunities
  • - Delivering best in class customer service experience, welcoming clients, guests, and visitors and addressing requests and inquiries positively
  • - Coordinate scheduling and hosting of open houses and related promotional events to increase the visibility of the Properties
  • - Responsible for the condition and maintenance of model units in partnership with the On-Site Sales Coordinator, ensuring units are presentable and in immaculate condition
  • - Coordinate with Developers and TOWN New Development associates and management on all matters related to the sales of units at the Properties
  • - Support efforts and contribute to pricing strategy, in best efforts to meet business objectives while remaining competitive in the market
  • - Generate sales and business-related reporting as requested, including but not limited to comparable reports, traffic reports, status reports
  • - Employee may assist with coordination between Company and outside creative companies on the design and production of advertisements and related graphic design materials for the Properties
  • - Employee may be asked to assist with ad placement of advertising for the Properties, including the monitoring of advertising deadlines in partnership with the Company Marketing and Communications departments
  • - Employee may assist in the creative marketing strategies and implementation for the Properties, including emails blasts, mailers, building signage, internal and external marketing collateral, and related items in partnership with the Company Marketing and Communications departments

Requirements:

  • - New York State Real Estate license
  • - Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience, New Development experience required
  • - Excellent customer service skills
  • - Team oriented with collaborative spirit
  • - Strong sales skills, including presentation, follow-up, and attention to detail
  • - Demonstrate tact and diplomacy
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • - Positive attitude
